At Leluan, we understand that different people have different needs. And with so many different types of accommodation in Puglia, it can be hard to know what to expect. We want our guests to feel at home and enjoy their holiday in Puglia. So, to make sure your stay is filled with only pleasant surprises, we’ve outlined some of the key aspects of our B&B. At Leluan, we speak fluent Italian and English, and a little French and German. But no matter what language you speak, we do our best to provide the information you need in a language you understand.
Guests are (almost always) personally greeted at check-in, which is from 2 PM onwards. Let us know if you need to arrive earlier and we’ll do our best to find a solution. Check-out is by 10 AM, allowing us to thoroughly clean the rooms for our next guests.
Absolutely. At Leluan, guests receive a personal access code allowing them to come and go as they please. Naturally, late at night or early in the morning, we ask you to bear in mind that other guests might still be sleeping or resting.
The prices are per room per night, with different rates for the double, triple or quadruple set-up.
On request, we offer a cot for infants at a rate of €15 per night.
We accept cash, direct deposits, EFTPOS or credit card payments.
Cancellations are free if made within the specified “free cancellation” period, which varies by season. If you cancel after this period, the full value of the booking will be charged.
Of course! At Leluan, we offer a simple but delicious breakfast served on our panoramic terrace. We also offer several alternatives for early or late risers.
Yes, there is. We offer free Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the entire property.
Absolutely. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and changed twice weekly, and of course with every new guest. Additionally, we offer a daily housekeeping service – if desired – to enhance your experience and stay in Puglia.
Unfortunately, we do not have a washing machine or other laundry facilities at Leluan. We can, however, recommend a nearby dry cleaner if needed. Each room is equipped with a small clothesline to hang your bathers and wet towels.
We’re sorry to say, our B&B is not equipped for cooking. We do have a shared kitchenette with a small fridge, great coffee machine, toaster and microwave, perfect for tea and coffee, heating milk, infant meals, or preparing snacks and sandwiches. We can also suggest some fantastic eateries nearby.
The atmosphere at Leluan makes itself heard. Our B&B is located above a casual cocktail bar that plays soothing tunes in the afternoons and features DJ sets or live music in the evenings. It’s also right next to the open-air arena where concerts are sometimes held. The vibrant mood winds down after midnight. The bar is closed in the winter.
Leluan does not have reserved parking, however, the B&B does have a convenient bag drop-off area, and the main thoroughfare is lined with public parking. Please be mindful though: certain times of the day can be more challenging than others to find a spot. Feel free to ask us for parking tips.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at our B&B. Animals deserve an extra level of care that at this stage, we’re simply not equipped to give.
